This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information the Newsroom may collect about you when visiting the Newsroom. Personal Information is information that specifically identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you as an individual when combined with other information we may have. Personal Information does not include information that has been aggregated or anonymized such that it can no longer be reasonably associated with a specific person (see Non-Personal Information below).

  • Ethereum Public Key: Participation in the network governance is stored on the blockchain. CIVIL will gather clickstream information and as part of that may collect your Ethereum public key. CIVIL may use your Ethereum public key to tie a clickstream session with prior activity on the blockchain.
  • Information You Provide: If you request support or help from a Civil newsroom, you may be redirected to the Website for Civil or its vendors to assist the newsroom in addressing your concern. In such event, Civil or its vendors may collect whatever information you provide.

We may collect Non-Personal Information about Users whenever they interact with our Website. These may include:
